How It Works

Step 1: Sign up for 1 of the 16 local events - entry fee $138.
Step 2: Finish in the Top 10 of that event to Qualify for the No Entry Fee Regional
Step 3: Fish the Regional and Qualify for the No Entry Feee Championship and Earn a Check
Step 4: Fish the Championship for a chance at the title of State Champion and a big check

That's it - pretty simple $138 + $25 membership for your chance at the title.

1. Maximum of 50 boats per Local Qualifier
2. Anglers may attempt to qualify more than once
3. Anglers may qualify for more than 1 Regional
4. Regionals include the 40 local qualifiers plus the top 10 anglers from 2010 season.

Why choose the CBC

1. Low entry fee $138 to enter the event.
2. Less time away from family & work.  The CBC was designed so that anglers sleep in their own beds until they reach the championship and are guaranteed to cash a check.  Some anglers may have a few hour drive to the Regional - but, typically regionals are designed to be relatively close.
3. Fish against the best without risking a lot.
4. Fish by yourself and make your own decisions.
5. Finally - it's a great new concept that you will enjoy and offers you a chance to gain some exposure while chasing your dream of a serious title.
